Default My affiliate\'s paypal account is closed

I just got an email from them telling me Paypal closed their account b/c they operate a "gambling site." Dang. Now I have to open a netteller account to get paid. I already had a firepay account. The affiliate is "this is the nuts" btw.

Paypal has had a very strict anti-gambling policy for a while. Most affiliates are aware of the policy and don't use Paypal for rake back payments because of it.
