Flop call is good. Let them hang themselves. The appropriateness of slowplaying is where a lot of people get hung up in PLO. If I had your hand in late position and it was checked to me I would pot it everytime and hope that someone has an eight. I'm not going to check it all the way to the river hoping someone catches a card and run the risk of that overpair that'll break me hitting.

In this case though, you have pretty good information. There's a bet and a call in front of you. 99% of the time this means you're up against two player's with trip 8's and you likely have a close to unbeatable hand.

Flat calling the turn is good. Against some opponents I might raise if I feel they'll both put their stack in with an eight and some overcards or the underfulls.

The river is an easy call.

If he didn't raise the turn, the river call is somewhat difficult. He has an 8. Maybe 888QQ - Instacall that.

Are you saying the JJ has a tough decision on the river? Maybe I am misinterpreting you but this is ridiculous.

edit: I mean, even if the SB hadn't raised the turn. The pot would be $37 and hero would only be able to make a minimum raise or less all in. SB would be committed so it would be an easy all in for hero rather than hoping for an overcall.
