Default Which software is (not) allowed on Party?

To me it is unclear which software is allowed on party, and with that I mean giving you 0% chance of being banned.

Here's what I think is the current situation:
PE: NO
while not playing using PT to analyse your play: YES
having PT running while playing: yes
using PT to datamine (observing, not playing yourself): yes
using PartyMine v1.01: yes?
while playing: using PT (game time): no?
while playing: using PT and GT+: no

As you can see my list is rather incomplete and probably full of errors, feel free to add/correct information. Thanks.

There are no issues with PT or HUDs.

PokerStove doesn't actually DO anything with regards to Party Poker, so I don't see why it wouldn't be okay. The same applies for every random program, poker-related or otherwise. (i.e. PartyPoker is okay with your using Microsoft Word while playing or using Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
