Problem Importing SnG HHs from Party

For some reason my hand historys are being imported but do not show up in the tourney database. It only imports hands from the tourneys in which I cash, but not the ones where I don't. Also, when I import the tournament summaries, it says they were successfully added but all the hands show up in the "Non-Supported Hands" section even though they are Holdem hands. Also, how do you get tourney summaries from Eurobet? I seem to only get them messaged to me on the eurobet web site. Is there a way to get them emailed to you? I would appreciate any help you could give me with these problems. Thanks
