Default The Dell Monitor

Could some one please tell me about the dell monitor that everyone seems to love so much... (Really all i need is the model i can do my own leg work.) Why is it so great.

It's relatively cheap for a LCD 1600x1200.
If you multi-table and don't want overlaps,then you need 1600x1200.

I have Samsung 213T which is more $$$ then the Dell one, but I would recommend it highly for excellent picture quality and sleek looks.

Just wondering if you need any special graphics card or anything for this monitor to work well.

I have a three year old computer, a Dell Dimension 8100, and wanted to know whether I could use this monitor as it was meant to be used.
