Default How does PYGMF differ from UK:PRTY?

I'm really clueless so any help would be appreciated. How does PYGMF which is Partygaming listed at 1.29 differ from UK:PRTY which is also Partygaming listed at around 71.50?

PYGMF is a pink sheet stock that someone created to allow people in the US to think they are able to trade Party's stock

I would recommend staying far away from it.

Party's stock freely trades on the London exchange and that is the PRTY symbol. The .L and UK: are just the way yahoo and bigcharts denote London stocks.

Thanks, Sniper, your insights are appreciated. Would you mind filling me in about the nature of a "pink sheet" stock and why investing in it is a bad idea?
