Default Stupid flop raise / river call?

MP2 (37/19) has been raising preflop like it's short handed, a lot of first in with JTo, raises with QJo etc. Other than that, no particular reads, table is average loose preflop and a tad tighter postflop.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, MP2 bets, Hero raises, BB folds, MP1 folds, MP2 calls.

Turn: (6.25 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls.

River: (8.25 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.25 BB

I'm not very proud of this hand and I believe all streets are questionable. So please tear me a new one / comment.

A guy with these numbers, 3 bet pre-flop. Flop good, turn good. Raise river.

Easy 3-bet PF. The flop raise is fine having cced PF. Raise the river.
