edge and rake

hi,
suppose a guy playing small stakes at Partypoker. how big should his edge be, if related with the house rake, if he was a very good player (by Sklansky's definition)?
In other words, if he was paying $10.000 in rake per year, how much should he earn in that year, so that he can think "Ok, I am playing almost perfectly"?
