OT: So are you guys playing Party w/o RB right now?

Are you still waiting for an even more final word from party, or have you deposited your money and started playing yet.

To me it seems as we're not getting rakeback the way we used to, and that leads to another question: how good is the "Player Rewards" system for STT players, and what does it really mean?

I've never had rakeback, and the player reward for me worked out between 12 and 18%

I don't intend to make this post again, so you'll have to use the search to find the first five times I made it.

sorry to pry, but if you dont mind me asking, why did you never have rakeback? That seems like a lot of money thrown away.

It has to do with the T&Cs I believe.

Something about Party never actually sanctioning rakeback in the form that people receive it.

I never had it and threw away a ton of $$$ by doing so. It just wasn't ethically right for me so I passed on it.

Anyway these Party Rewards seems pretty lame since you have to play 12 hours a day to reach the goal (over 600 22s in 25 days haha yeah right). It would be nice to see them come up with a more reasonable reward program for people who don't want to dedicate their month to playing Party SNGs.

Mine was a little high, but not crazy.

Hopefully if they've overcooked it then they will balance it up next month. I think even with Party's terrible track record they should be entitled to a month or two to try to get it right.
It's a move in the right direction, although it clearly sucks for a lot of people right now.

lori, do they give you a new offer right after you make that one or is it just one per month? if it's just 1 a month it won't really compare to rb for very heavy players.

edit: actually, do they do it based on how much you play and give you bigger ones for bigger players?

Of course, trying to guess Party's plan is like gouging your eyes out and then trying to find where the hiding Ninja is.
