Re: KK line check.
[ QUOTE ]
I wouldn't fold without a strong a read, at least a call down is in order. My river play sucks, but I quite like calling the turn and raise/fold river line. [/ QUOTE ] I really really don't like this. Don't try to get fancy here. If you're going to the river against an unknown, just call it. |

Re: KK line check.
Yeah, I've very rarely done it just throwing it out there as sometimes I think I don't play my big pairs strong enough on the river.

Re: KK line check.
I mean, it's certainly an interesting line. I just don't like doing many things that will make a big pot bigger, and then force me to fold

Re: KK line check.
[ QUOTE ]
This is not the board for this though, a better board would be 876 and T is the turn card. He's either got us nailed or we have him nailed. [/ QUOTE ] Q72 rainbow and UTG check calls it. Q turn. the bolded part of your post applies much more in this hand than in your example. the differences are that in your hand, he ALWAYS has at least 4 outs to a split pot, and he has at least 5 outs with any part of the board. for instance, JT in your example has 9 outs to beat us. |
