Is ChecknRaise down for anyone?

I forgot my password and it won't send me a temporary one and the download button disappeared. Can anyone log into it or try the password recovery and tell me what happened?

Check and Raise is suppose to be a pokerroom skin now but I cannot get the new software downloaded. I get error messages and I called and they told me the problem should be cleared up shortly. That was almost a week ago and still nothing.
