Party disconnections

Lately I have been playing and when it is my turn I am suddenly disconnected and the option boxes for checking, calling, raising etc. disappear.

Anyone else have this problem? I called Party...their answer was delete the Party software and download it again. This hasn't worked.

Very frustrating and am seriously PO'd. I don't even want to try to play and this is hurting my bottom line as I am cashing out monthly.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
