Cap preflop and the bet the flop when he checks to you.

my initial thought was bet/fold the flop. If he calls the flop well it makes the turn interesting.

I would cap this PF. I would then bet-call the flop and fold UI.

Given your line, yes I think you can call down. You will see a smaller PP here often enough.

11 SB in the pot at that point. You can't fold.

i think you have to raise the turn here. IMO the only way you win is if he folds a better hand.

what about when he continues to bet 22-TT into Hero?

what reasonable better hands is he going to check the flop with, and fold to a turn raise? generally the only time I see someone 3-bet PF, then check this kind of flop is when they have either an underpair or a big set trying a weird slowplay.

I put him on a king right night, To scared to bet with an ace on the deck... thinks you dont have an ace, so bets the turn with either a king or queen as you told him you have no ace. Now he may risk betting queen to imply he has a good king in the hope you dont.

So you must play back at him and tell him you have an ace. ON THE FLOP.

Cap preflop, bet the flop, bet the turn then probably check behind on river, if he goes to see the river you're probably screwed as hes most likly calling a bet or raising a monster.

I also think we must fold to any raises as hes saying he has us beat, hes going to SD after a raise most likly(specially turn raise) so fold it.
