rentals near Foxwoods?

Just thinking about renting a place close to Foxwoods and wondering what price I might be looking at for something that is decent. I don't need anything great but no dive either. Basement apartment or something would be fine.

Anyone renting near by that knows?

check out rent.com and search for the mashatucket area (i think thats where foxwoods is). you will probably find extremely fair prices. id guestimate that you can get a 1 bedroom apartment near the ocean and foxwoods for 600-700/m.

Why would you get a basement apartment? It's musty, dark and prone to get flooded. In NY, they're illegal and associated with big $$ fines. good luck.
