Default Posting PokerTracker Stats

Got my PokerTracker a couple months ago and just finished my first 10,000 hands.
I want to post them in the forums for people to look at but I am computer illiterate.
Any help is appreciated.

Try right button on your mouse. "Copy" the data you want to put in your post. Then go to your post at 2 +2 and start typing your message. When you want to put your data in, set the cursor where you want the data to start and right click your mouse and choose "paste". Good luck. Its really easy.

take a screen shot with the print screen key, host it somewhere online (imageshack.com or something), then follow the posting instructions to post images
