Tightest micro rock?

OK, I know it's a tiny sample size, but I have a guy in my DB who has 3% VPIP through 80 hands. Obviously his PFR% is 0. The lowest I have with over 100 hands is 4.76 @ 105 hands.

lol.. cold_cash is 7 VPIP after 181 hands against me at .50/1.00 (months ago).

i have a guy who makes 25 BB/100 with a VPIP of 0% after 27 hands.
