Default unusual hand

No reads or stats on anyone. My flop play after being 3-bet or capped needs serious help. I think after 2 years I finally just recently figured it out, but this was played before then. Comments on all streets, please.

preflop: good
flop: After being capped i like the check.
turn: I dont mind this bet, but i hate being raised. I guess you may have as many as 6 outs so the call isnt that bad.
river:I dont think you can call on the river. I dont really see how he can be raising this turn with any hands that you beat.

check the turn. there's no way everyone is unpaired at this point.

w/o reads I check the turn. I'm not calling the river bet. He's not bluffing here.

I'd probably fold the river. I think he has some pair almost always after the turn raise and when he doesn't he's checking through the river quite frequently.
