Default Playing from different IP than sign-up?

ok, so I got into the whole referral racket

If someone makes an account with a casino/poker room and makes a deposit, then gives me their login information for me to play off the requirements, how many flags will this raise.

I know party and co. are pretty insistent on watching IP's and whatnot and definately would suspect this. But what about the smaller casino skins?

If they contacted him and he told them they had given me permission to play, would that be cool with them?

What do you think they would do? Seize all funds? refund initial deposit?

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

I don't see why this would be a problem at all.
