Default curse of sets , what to do in this situation

About 80 left flopped set on two suited board, I am 9 in chips, opponent is 7th. he calls a decent bet. Turn completes the flush draw.
I check he goes all in. Now if i pull it off I`ll be chip leader by miles and virtually guaranteed a seat at final table if I miss I am out. Do u take it. Minimum final table pay out 1k. Oh, and I am 70%-80% sure he has got the flush

You need additional info for an informed response. Stack sizes/blind levels/preflop action/actual board would help.

Without this info in most situations I probably would have made a reasonable turn bet, then evaluated...
