Yet another Pokernow thread - talking to head guy in Party?

Feel free to flame away but I feel that this is an appropriate question that needs its own thread.

PokerNOW's accounts were frozen and Party did not pay them any of the revenue they owed them for the month of February. PokerNOW has therefore not paid any affiliates since they did not get paid. From what I've heard there seems to be a 99% chance that they will not be paid though and no affiliates will be paid. I regret to inform everyone but if you have PokerNOW rakeback through me I will not be able to pay February rakeback or rakeback for the month of March as it looks like PokerNOW will not be paid and therefore will not be paying any affiliates.
