As far as I know, it's a HU tourney. So if we get like 10 people to sign up, there will be 5 HU matches. Winners then play each other until I emerge as the ultimate champion.

[/ QUOTE ] If 10 people showed up, I think 6 would get a bye and there would be 2 first round games. With 5 players, I've seen it give three byes and one game. This is a relatively obnoxious feature, but probably somewhat unavoidable. Also, people should note that this is PL, not NL.
