Default KK against passive player..

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

MP2 has been playing very loose/passive, something like 40/2/.3, and I've been fairly tight. I'm not sure if he has noticed.

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP2 calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP2 calls.

Flop: (5.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 caps</font>, Hero calls.

Given that MP2 has been so passive, I'm worried about a rag two-pair, or small set. i'd love to be against A9, but I really don't see how that could be the case. How is my line on the turn and river?

Turn: (6.75 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, MP2 calls.

River: (8.75 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, MP2 calls.

Final Pot: 10.75 BB

hero can't bet/fold because villain is first to act.

I'm not sure about capping the flop. I don't think its for value versus someone this passive. Betting the turn is good though. You're usually behind, but you can buy yourself a free showdown or take the option of betting again when villain's 2 pair gets counterfeited.

I dont see any other way to play this hand. you surely arent just calling his flop raise or folding. you also cant give a free card on turn. he is just calli9ng down so is your questiojn about value betting the river? i would!

If those numbers are over a large sample size then I don't see him checkingraising the flop with less than two pair. I'd just call down when he raises and hope the board pairs or a K falls.

Its alright, but what is your plan if you get CRed on the turn. personally, I might just be inclined to check the turn and call any river.

It looks like the guy is going nuts with two pair or a set most likely. that 6 is also scary if he has a oesd+flush draw. That makes me want to check the turn even more
