This seems marginal at best. It costs you 2 more BB when you're behind, so you need to be good 2/3s of the time here, since folding to a cap would be retarded. Do you really think that BB is pulling teh sexy with aces up (and 2/3s of the time)? This seems to be the only logical hand that we're beating.

I watched aK13 play this hand. I like raising the flop since 99-JJ will likely juts lay it down on the turn. When he 3bets, I thought he should just call and raise the turn.

The river play was really hard. He was a decent player and i know he knew what aK13 had. Also, he definitely wasn't bluff raising a 3. Dunno what to say. DeathDonkey says 3bet, I say it's a tough call.

I think you have to 3-bet this river. KK or QQ doesn't make sense considering the turn action. Putting hero on a flush on the turn doesn't seem very TAGish (also very few flush possible hands that are raiseable now that the K and Q of hearts are on the board). Hero could be raising for a free showdown or a lonely Ah so a KK or QQ would have to 3-bet the turn IMO.

On the other hand I admit I have some problems seeing how the 3 can improve his hand. Considering the action on all streets no hand really makes any sense to me. Maybe he decided not to pussy out with his AK or KQ?
