I received mine today in Virginia Beach. All those who live here on the right coast should hopefully have it soon too.

I thought IT shipped from Vegas...why would it hit your lousy coast first?

Delivered Priority to Minnesota today. Thank you Chuck, Ed, David, Mason and all others involved in getting this book to my doorstep.

FYI; on the bottom of the front cover - which I didn't notice from the online pictures previously posted.... "The definitive guide to crushing loose games and amateur opponents." Yeah baby!
