Here is a hand I thought was interesting.
Reads: UTG is maniacal. On an earlier hand he capped the flop and called my river 3bet w/ jack high. UTG+1: is a TAG Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls, UTG calls. Flop: (6.40 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font> Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets</font>, MP calls, Hero calls. Turn: (4.70 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font> <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets Edit: UTG does not need a heart to raise the turn. |

You absolutely need to 3-bet this preflop to punish both opponents. The maniac just limping is almost certainly total garbage. The TAG isolating the limping maniac may not have much more. The maniac belongs to the entire table and you need to discourage the TAG from monopolizing him with frequent isolation raises.
Postflop looks good to me. |
