How much is a lot, ie what push range do you put him on. I'm probably folding since the 3 stacks to your left are pretty short and you still have lots of FE and are not desperate yet.

That's not loose enough for me to call.

Should i just fold this almsot all the time because of the chip stacks? This seemed really risky now that i think about it.

Pretty much. A3 and A2 and hands like that are about breakeven (maybe 55:45) against two random cards, but suck against pairs.

His Q3 push isn't loose enough for me to call here. Minimum hand would be something like A9 IF I knew he was doing any 2. What's more, he's pushing from the button and not from SB, so you have to give him more credit.

This is a fold.

eugh.

I can never understand why people call with these hands. I have been sucked out on so many times by these hands. I just don't understand it

In another hand this same situation came up and i had AT, The chips stacks were a little diffrent, but i still had the button raiser covered, and a decent stack compared to blinds (bout 6-7bb). I hope its right to call with AT in this same situation.
BTW this was a diffrent table so the raiser was not as loose, but the blinds were also 150/300.

Now we are getting into the grey area where reads are very important.

Calling with A3 - NO!

Calling with A10 - it depends

The reasoning being, if villain is pushing any ace or pocket pair you are likely either way ahead or not far behind. It's a judgement call and it's different every time.
