The Wynn has 1/3, 2/5 and 5/10 that are not capped and get a 10/20 going from time to time.
The 1/3 generally doesn't play that deep, most people are buying in for $300, so it should be fine for your friends. The 2/5 and 5/10 tend to play quite a bit deeper. The Bell has a 10/20 no cap and capped lower NL.
