Default ($22): tricky AK hand

Kinda tricky. I felt like I was too deep to push pre-flop, not deep enough to C bet on a bad flop. Everyone like my check-fold? Comments on both streets welcome.

UTG+1 ( $1120 )
UTG+2 (HERO) ( $995 )
MP ( $735 )
CO ( $630 )
Button ( $1205 )
SB ( $780 )
BB ( $1840 )

Blinds(25/50)

Dealt to HERO [ Ac Kh ]
UTG folds.
UTG+1 calls [50].
HERO raises [175].
MP calls [175].
CO folds.
Button folds.
SB folds.
BB folds.
UTG+1 calls [125].

** Dealing Flop ** [ 7h, 9s, Ts ]

Very similar to how I would have played it. No way in hell I bet that flop, it would be suicidal. I probably don't bet it against one, but against two is ridiculous.

Same here, just unfortunate you couldn't get it heads up with the raise. I don't see the point in making it t200+ either because that's just going to really pot commit you to a flop even if the rest fold, which is pretty unlikely at a 22 anyway. Definitely no point in cont betting that flop, it's just a really horrible one for your hand.

I'd raise this more preflop, to 225 maybe, not to get heads up but to give the limper a chance to fold his 88. If he calls my raise I like pushing most flops (maybe not this one though...).

Against two opponents I checkfold this flop too.

I think raising from 175+ is fine. Id usually make it 175-225.

Part of the reason you won't bet the flop must be because the flaw is so draw favorable. What if the flop were Jh, 7s, 2c?
