Default adventures in 8 tabling. (low content)

Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, UTG+2 calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 5 folds, UTG+2 calls.

Flop: (5.66 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+2 checks, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 2.83 BB

My first day of 8 tabling. Perhaps I should have played those queens a little harder.

It's refeshing to see you laugh at this - good on you for having a great attitude.

Some folks would have argued that they had a good read on UTG+2, and thought he had pocket quad 6's and was setting you up for the check/raise.....but you were not taking that bait.

Nice post...thanks

PS. Eight tables - I get a headache playing 3....???

Your pattern mapper told you that the runner-runner royal was going to get there. Good laydown.

Not really, he could do this every time he flopped quads and his win rate wouldn't change much. However more to the point is that if you make this type of mistake 8 tabling think of all the little ones you are also making.

Yeah, I've had some lag problems when I tried 8 tabling. Not as bad as this, though.

Very good Sin. It was my map combined with my Matador type instincts that allowed me to make this tremendous laydown.
