that annoying eff schiesf (or something similar, or maybe something way different that starts with S) used to only play one orbit so he could just post the CO over and over, when asked why he replied 'i'm a pro, this saves me $1000s'

In a 1/2 structure you are paying 0.15sb/hand at a ten top. If you skip the blinds and button you are paying 0.143sb/hand but you don't ever get to play the most profitable position at the table.

In a 1/3 structure you are actually spending more to only post the CO and play 7 hands, 0.143sb/hand versuse 0.133sb/hand for a full table. This strategy would only be noticably profitable in a 2/3 structure.
