Default tiping

i know this is another post about tipping but i really want to know how much is enought to actually tip because i dont mind tipping these people are doing a service and they should be compensated for that but since i play low limit 2-4 to be exact i dont know what i should tip the deal and when or even how often so if anyone wants to help me out that would be great

A. Start flame wars
B. get people kicked in the nuts.
