RAM question

Hi

Been looking at Dells, and found a couple good ones, but they have 1 difference.

1 has better overall everything, but 1gig 400mhz ram, the other has slightly worse overall everything (but still really good) with 1 gig of 533 mhz ram.

Would this make a difference at all for playing poker? A big difference? Thanks for the help.
