Can't login to full tilt

Nobody in my household can log in (me, mom, dad).

Developments...

Dad couldn't login. Tried logging into mine. Can't. Tried logging into mom's. Can't.

captZEEbo1 tried to login to mine. can't. now can't login to his.

This is really weird.

Best thing to do is keep trying. Have everybody you know try to log on to your account from their own computer. One of them will work – probably just an internet problem.

I just logged in fine.

You may need a software update, but it should have downloaded automatically.

More details

- The problem is not one of access, but the password is not accepted. Even when I receive a temp password and change it, the passowrd is rejected and I can't login.
- My father has multiple accounts. This might have something to do with the initial problem.
- I tried to login to my mother's and my account on the computer. Same problem, now I can't login, period.
- captzeebo1 tried to login with my temp password, no dice. Now he can't login to his name.
- Full Tilt Support is sucking.

here's the description of the error I sent to their support:

It said "Sorry, your player ID or password is invalid". So I have full tilt email me a new temporary password. I used the temporary ID or password. It asks for new password, I give it the same password for both enter and confirm. Then immediately after I hit okay, it goes back to the login screen and says "Sorry, your player ID or password is invalid". I then try retyping my login id and NEW password (that i just entered, not the temp password), and I get the
"Sorry, your player ID or password is invalid" message again. Please fix this.
