I think capping is spray. My turn check/raise shows alot of strength.

A boat is not that likely here so folding the best possible flush is not an option.

With no preflop raise, it's unlikely he has a AA,QQ,99,AQ. Even A9 is unlikely depending how aggressive he is.

Also he could easily have a weaker flush that he raised on the flop hoping to get a free turn card. If you knew this player to be aggressive preflop, you should cap the turn.

Since he's unknown, just calling down seems ok.

I think you can call this down confidently.

This is much closer to a turn cap than a fold.
