He's not crying, just wants a better line. I see you getting it all-in on the flop.

you should play it faster for value.
probably wouldn't have changed the outcome and well as you shouldn't.

My dilemma:
If he's a fish who will go all-in with just an overpair, then I should raise on the turn.
If he's solid and realizes that my raise on the turn means I have him beat, he folds.
Question is: by just calling, can I induce a mistake on the river? If he still only has KK on the river, how likely am I to get extra value from him? If the answer is "slim", then the right play was to protect the turn. But if he might call a value bet on the river, I am correct to give a two-outer a chance to make a mistake.

[the fact that his two outer hit is beside the point -- this is NOT supposed to be a bad beat tale.]

if the amount you win extra on the river multiplied by his probability of not hitting the 2 outer is more than the pot * him hitting two outer, then turn call is more ev assuming he folds to a raise 100% of the time.

I just find it rare that he folds to a raise 100% of the time

theres also the rare case of an A hitting the river and killing your action.

Raise flop. If not, certainly raise turn.
