Re: Tunica next weekend
I'd say it depends on your bankroll. The 2/5 NL cash game is real soft. 5/10 NL cash game a little more difficult. I didn't play 10/20 Limit but my buddies said it played by the book and they did fairly well.
I didn't play in a single table satellite but they did look fairly weak. However, the structure wasn't great. The $1500 and $2000 tourneys are scheduled for Fri and Sat, respectively. They have player friendly structures but that's a lot to risk on a tourney if your bankroll is under $20k. Beyond that, everything is a high limit ring game play. 10/25 NL; 10/25 PLO, 25/50 PLO, 40/80 Limit. The $200 rebuy Super Satellites for the $10k have been soft. Two of my friends won seats in the 10k . One is a terrific player. The other guy is just ok. I am going up with the intention of playing some 5/10 NL and the $2000 buy in on Saturday. You also need to make that reservation now as when I called yesterday there were only a handful of rooms at the Grand available. |
