OK, let me see if I got this straight now. So since I come from a predominitly lower class area the best option is to create a business who exploits these lower class people in the guise of trying to help them?

Mutual benefit. Suppose these lower class people are better off moving to some other area, but can't afford it. So you have some service that helps them move right away, and then recoups expenses over time with a small amount of interest. Both parties win.

Unless I'm being exploited by the banks since I have a mortgage, the same concept applies.
