Tempting. I think on such a coordinated board, I'd rather give worse odds than trap. It doesn't look like either one of them is going away anyway.

I still thinkg UTG bets after capping this flop all the time and then you can trap the SB in for 2 more bets on the turn, I dont really want the button to raise because then SB might fold. If utg is agg at all he is capping and leading on the turn and since the SB is lp he will probably call and then you can c\r. This is an ideal situation for a c\r i believe

Here's what we know:

SB is loose passive.
SB c/r'd the flop.
UTG capped the flop.
We have the stone cold nuts.

How to play the turn is very player dependent. It's ideal for a check-raise if UTG is the type of guy who is much less aggressive on the big streets. i.e., if he's led into after HE capped the flop, he might start being a wuss. Then a check-raise is cute.

However, if he's ready to go to war.. frickin' go to war. SB is not folding for two bets. He's loose passive and he c/r'd the flop. He likes his hand and is at least seeing a river. Getting to bet/3-bet rules. I know the check-raise feels really hot, but bet-3-betting on big streets is like two chicks at once.

So I probably would've bet.

kid,

after utg caps, i put him on an overpair, set or AJspades+. The K kind of ruins the bet-three bet idea which is where i messed up i think. The other thing with c/r is that if he bets(which i dont think is certain, although highly likely) sb may decide to have another go and c/r again or UTG may be slightly annoyed at being c/r twice and repop. This is a saturday night game and i played the hand about twenty minutes before posting, dont know if that means anything with regards to the hand.
