I wouldn't want to call for a couple reasons. Spiking a K or Q may mean a straight for someone else. Pair and straight outs are dirty to a flush. A Ten will freeze the action if it only makes a straight for you. If someone else has one its likely to be only one other. That means you'll probably only get paid from the guy that has a lower straight.

FOCUS:
Easy fold or easy call. The difference between the two is so marginal it is not going to make much of a difference in the long run. You have 6 clean outs to the nut straight and the pot is 7BB.

If I was you I wouldnt give this hand another thought and concentrate more on being positive every hand regardless of past results.
