I didn't say he was acting out of turn. But the ruling in this case isn't clear (at least, not everyone agrees on it). The rule I gave covers the closest analogous situation I could think of.

Well, I disagree that the situation is the same at all, but we do arrive at the same result, BB should be allowed to only fold or call.
