With those stats, I push it in every time. He could have any two cards and I like my chances against almost all of the cards in his range. Top 2-pair is usually gold against a maniac. This type of player always represents the nuts and makes his money getting weak tighties to fold the best hand and getting paid for his monsters. He also donates a large amount by overplaying everything else.

Push the turn. Get paid off when you're ahead, or get your money in when you have outs, not when you have the worst hand on the end.
