Frozen account-tried rake back

I have an account at Party and then recently signed up for rake back on empire. They just froze my account on empire and told thme to contact them to validate. I use the same checking account info on both accounts. I know this is a no no. When i call up what will they ask of me, and would they terminate my account? I didndt evne put any info onto my empire account regarding my name and such.

they get anal about it at first.. then make u make a choice, party or empire. then they close the other account. use yer moms/dads/sisters/ name that kinda thing. and make sure to get NETELLER or something. igm pay sucks balls. holla

So i would have to remake my account? Then use my parents checking card to get rakeback?

I think raptor is overreacting.. sometimes they want you to call and just verify that you are who you say you are.. worst case scenario you will have to close your party account (non-rakeback anyway, so what). I doubt this will happen tho - I have an account with my real name on party, empire, and multipoker and have never heard a peep about it from any of the 3. The only problem i have had is that since I created an igm-pay account on Party poker it wont let me use it on empire or multi.. however neteller works just fine on all 3.

Why is using the same checking account a no-no, but the same neteller account is fine?

I deposited from somewhere I don't remember where, probably IGM, on Multi after using the same checking account on a differently titled Empire.

They sent the money I deposited on multi to the empire account of the other name.

Should I never use this Multi account again? Or can I safely use it with neteller which I use on empire.

2. When you say close account, you mean transfer funds then cannot play on it, or have money confiscated?

3. Do these sites ever confiscate money based on multiple accounts?

I would say there is a 90% chance they just want you to verifity your identity. They will probably want to just talk to you on the phone and have you email/fax a pic/copy of your photo ID to them.

Did you just try and cash out for the first time from this account? That is usually when this happens.

hell, who knows. It got me to stop using IGM tho (which is instant cash in but takes 6-10 days to cash out) and start using neteller (insdtant cash in only 2-6 hours cashout).. so I cant complain.
