Anyone playing the main event or any other events for that matter? Has anyone previously played in the main event? What's it really like?

Search the forums -- there were a couple of WSOP 2004 trip reports last year.

I was thinking more how this has changed their outlook on this year, but yeah, i'll read through those.

This is sort of a newbie-ish post -- but why is it I can't seem to find these? Say I was gonna search for WSOP Trip Report... I'm putting in the following in the search field:

WSOP + "trip report"

and it is coming up with nothing. am I missing something? I really want to be able to access some of the older threads that people keep referring to, and I'm having a hell of a time.

1. Maybe you have the "Newer than 1 week" button selected, I think it is default.

2. Maybe "trip report is too specific, try "WSOP report" or "wsop update"

3. No clue.

Are you in the archives, or just in the search function. Anything older than a few months is archived. I suggest looking in May and June 2004.
