Yes, MP1's turn raise could be KK, but could also be AA, or AK, although the flop check is wierd. Maybe even something like QQ with a heart that wants to get to showdown. There are a lot more combos of AK, AA, than KK.

Button calling two cold is a little worrysome, but he may have a big heart draw or AK himself.

I would seriously consider 3-betting this turn, if that is spraying I dunno.....but it may have avoided that difficult river decision.
