Default Down to 13 in Bodog 17.5k - your move from the BB with 99?

As the title of the post states, you are down to 13 people in the bodog 17.5k. 1st place is $4300. 13th is $210.

Blinds are 1500/3000 with a 300 ante. You have TC 36,000. You are seven-handed and in the BB with 99.

EP who has probably raised/stolen the right # of times (i.e. not too much to be seen as a maniac blind-stealer) makes it 6,000 to go.

The SB calls. His limps and calls, like most people, mean he is weak. I have seen him fold limps to a raise on several questions.

The pot is 17,100 before I act.

Obviously, this is not a fold.

What is your line here? Call? Can you make a legit re-raise? Or push? I can make an argument for two of the three lines, but would like to hear thoughts.

I have a strange phobia of mini-raisers from EP they always seem to have monsters, so I would lean towards calling and evaluating the flop. I think I re-raise here if I'm well above tourney average, or well below, if I'm about average stack, calling seems best.
