Default 8 tabling??

I am curious to the multi table craze? I am fairly knew to forum but have been playing online for about a year. What advantage is there to 8 tabling 55's to just 3 or 4 tabling the 109's. The vig reduction (1 % diff) itself makes a fairly significant difference in the long term for your ROI. Curious as to what I am missing?

People are 8-tabling the $55s instead of 3-4 tabling the $55s.

Those who play $109s 8-table at that level instead of four tabling.

I guess what I was getting at is if you can 8 table 55's successfully then wouldn't you be successful 4 tabling 109's?

Think of it this way - If you can sucessfully two table 55s - does that make you a sucessful 109 player?

If you could 8-table 50s, why not 8-table $100s when you move up?

I don't play either the 55's or 109's, but I would bet that most people 8x the 55's over 5x ing the 109's because the 55's are softer.

Just in case you're not thinking very clearly, which I'm sure you are, you don't need significantly more bankroll to 8-table $55s than you do to 4 table $55s.

You do however need double the bankroll to 1-table the $109s

well.. this isnt always true. the roi drop can cause a VERY high increase in yer ror if you only have around 50 buyins. that can be quite troublesome. holla
