Default TT hand....

Villain is 25/7.5/1.3 (playing with him on 2 tables for a couple orbits already), slightly loose and weak, is not afraid to value bet his stronger holdings, but seems to back down to aggression.

Crypto 2/4 (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
3 folds, <font color="red">MP1 raises</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero 3-bets</font>, SB folds, BB folds, <font color="red">MP1 caps</font>, Hero calls.

(9.5 SB)Flop: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="red">MP1 bets</font>, Hero calls.

(5.75 BB)Turn: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Yes, why did you do it?
This play really requires specific reads.

Does he back down as in call down or fold? I only try this if I'm pretty sure he'll fold his JJ-KK.

At first I didn't like it but given that you just called the flop bet, you are perfectly representing the ace here and might even get him to fold. If he continues to fire it's an easy laydown. Since it costs the same as showing down and there is a greater chance of winning, I like it.

I like it; fold to a reraise, fold to a river bet; check behind if he checks.

Check-fold the turn. If he doesn't have an A then he probably has a better pair than yours. And he is not going to fold it if you raise
