Default Which database is the loser?

Filtered two of my databaes for 5/10 6max, and the stats looked similar, yet the BB/100 was vastly different.

Which stats would be causing this?

Database X:

Total AF including preflop: 2.47

Database Y:

Total AF including preflop: 2.51

Can you tell by these stats which set of stats were 1.63 BB/100 and which one was -0.11 BB/100? If not, what other stats do I need to look at?

I dunno maybe the first is more profitable cause you are playing more hands that are +ev.

But I'm only playing 2% more hands there. How could that result in a 1.7 BB/100 swing?

This shows exactly how much variance can have an effect upon results.

No you cant tell it from these stats. BB/100 or ammount won is probably some of the only that will show it

Isn't 30k hands too long to be due to variance only? How often are you negative over a randomly selected 30k hand sample?

Depends on your true winrate and standard division, the formula have been posted several times I think. Dont have a link though.

I had the exact same thought. I like the top stats much better. Higher VP$IP, higher PFR. Good things.

Well, it's been said before, but I'll say it again, post flop play matters most.

That said, my stats look pretty similar to these (I go to showdown a little more,) and after 17.5k hands I'm at +2.45 bb. But I'm running pretty hot.
