Default Getting back in Game after 10 week layoff. (No Hand Content)

Hey guys,

I've been posting very rarely the past few weeks, mainly because, due to personal reasons, I have not been able to play poker. Well, the dust has finally cleared and I am now able to get myself back into the swing of things, playing on a regular basis, and being involved in the forums on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, I've been setback quite a bit. 10 weeks ago, I was steadily building my bankroll and had it up to about 14K and was about to start playing $10/$20 regularly. Now I am forced to build my roll up again from about 4K and I plan to start at $3/$6 and probably some $20 and $30 SNGs.

Anyways, it feels good to be back.

-Nicky

Welcome back Nicky! Is there any reason other than money you will go to 3/6 and not start up at 5/10? 4K is a pretty good size bankroll for 5/10. Or is it just too high to start off and expect to be sharp after such a long layoff?

I'm curious about this too. Seems like you have a solid understanding of the game. Is this just so you gain your confidence back?

And Good Luck!

I have always played with what people tend to call an "over-rolled" bankroll. Like I said, my roll previously was 14K and I was still playing $5/$10. I guess I just feel more comfortable playing this way.
