Default neteller cashout from stars, 15$ fee?

I tried to cash out the 600 in my stars acct, money which had been xferred to me by someone, i dont really ever play there, and when i did the window that popped up said "a 15$ fee will be applied to neteller 123*******456"

I emailed stars and they said its not on their end, what is this?

Email support@pokerstars.com and say that the answer provided is insufficient and ask for more detail.

Voltron,
Had this problem when I tranferred money into Stars using my mastercard check card from my bank. My understanding is that it's the fee (something around 3% or close to it) to transfer US$ to british pounds or vice versa, as Stars' bank is based in London. I actually signed up for a neteller account to hopefully avoid this in the future -- my bank told me it was Mastercard's new policy to not automatically convert the currency. Obviously I'm not sure if it's the same problem in your case, but it sounds like it may be.

Keep me up to date with what Neteller says if you don't mind, since I was hoping I could use Neteller to avoid this stupid fee (I haven't used it to do any transactions yet).
